Join us November 5, 2022 for the Fourteenth Annual All Saints’/All Souls’ Pilgrimage, Prayer Service & Wypominki (Naming): Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, St. John Paul II Chapel Mausoleum, 18303 Allen Rd., Brownstown 48193: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Prayer Service & Wypominki (Naming) with Society President Rev. Gary Michalik, Director Rev. Lawrence Zurawski, and Director Rev. Canon Walter J. Ptak; feature presentation: “Gather Them Home: The Interment of Unclaimed Ashes by Archdiocesan Cemeteries and a Brief History of the Cemetery” by Ted Butkin, Outreach Manager, Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services; luncheon afterwards in gathering space; procession outside to grave markers of prominent individuals and lighting of remembrance candles (weather permitting); free admission, donations gratefully accepted; chapel and mausoleum are handicap-accessible; R.S.V.P. requested by Friday, October 28.
